This process blends unidirectional fiber over 24-ton carbon in the extended tip section of the rod to increase lifting strength and power by as much as 400%. This technology provides for the ultimate in strength without sacrificing sensitivity. With six total spinning models within the Rockaway HD family, you are covered from 9-foot all the way to 12-foot applications. The following lengths and actions are available. 9-foot Medium, 9-foot 6-inch Medium Heavy, 10-foot 6-inch Medium, 10-foot 6-inch Medium Heavy, 11-foot Medium Heavy and 12-foot Heavy action. The 70/30 tip over butt ferrule connection gives this rod a true one piece feel that you can really load up and cast as far as possible.
