Compass Chocolate partnered with our friends at Black Diamond Distillery for this 78% chocolate- made from bean to bar. They roast the carefully selected cacao from the Dominican Republic to bring out the dominant cherry notes in the bean and then soak the nibs in Black Diamond’s amazing Tart Cherry liquor for several months before crafting it into chocolate. The results are absolutely worth the wait.
